Psychological skills training and therapeutic bodywork for your health and well-being
I grew up with the good fortune to know Charlie and Helen Lutes, Maharishi's first associates, who was responsible for bringing Transcendental Meditation to the Western world in 1958.
Despite being very young, I became interested in meditation and I was an avid supporter of the teaching and learned to meditate on my tenth birthday, but as a typical child, I did not continue the practice. By age 21, I made the best decision of my life: to make meditation a daily commitment.
Later, I moved to Scottsdale, AZ in December 1999, where I helped to watch after my mentors Charlie and Helen in their final years.
In the year 2001, I discovered the works of Lester Levenson. The following year, that of Dr. John Veltheim. In 2003, although I was an Information Technology professional, I graduated from massage therapy school. In 2004, I discovered the work of William Marrion Branham.
Since 2001, I have attended and coordinated as many BodyTalk courses as possible. I studied deeply and got involved whenever I had the opportunity. I do not have a complete list of all the courses I've attended, but I believe it's fair to say that I've been to over 60 events with Dr. John Veltheim. I wouldn't trade these experiences for anything.
As one of the first eleven PaRama designated practitioners since 2005, I have taken every opportunity to further integrate John’s teachings and practices. He has been a great mentor and friend and I owe a debt of gratitude.
By the 2010's I had already developed considerable knowledge in therapeutic bodywork, exercise physiology and energy medicine - all of which integrate the fundamental philosophies of the aforementioned teachings.
These core influences led me to dive deep into the studies and practices which form the basis of what is the foundation of Integropractic Therapy with Etheric Consciousness at the center.

Your Daily Practice
Therapeutic Bodywork is perhaps the most underrated complementary and alternative health care modality. Physiological structure and function are intricately entangled. Muscle and joint pain are good reasons to seek therapy but certainly not the only one. Every tissue and cell is affected by proper manual or movement therapy. The central nervous system (CNS) is the master controller of the gross anatomy for posture, digestion, walking, sensory processing, body temperature, immunity, breathing, hormone regulation, and too much to list here.
Part of Your Healthy Lifestyle
Unlock your inner potential by getting in touch with your higher nature. Developing your inner faculties is using them!
Ancient and modern mystery school teachings have kept certain knowledge hidden and preserved for centuries, hence the term "esoteric mysticism". However, now the lineage of teachers has consistently asserted that we live in a time of revelation of truth. The time to delve deep into eternal truths is now.
