About

Psychological skills training and therapeutic bodywork for your health and well-being

Timothy Hall

As a life-long meditator, I came to really recognize the legitamcy and benefits of a daily meditation practice in my adulthood. I am every so thankful to Charlie and Helen Lutes for their guidance and support. For this reason and others, I am available to teach meditation and to help anyone struggling with their practice to gain full value and continue onwards. It is worth all that is required.

In 2002, I met the late Dr. John Veltheim and became an avid student. We collaborated often throughout the years and I attended every course of his that I was able, which was substantial. Having been one of the first PaRama designated practitioners and having attended nearly every advanced course multiple times, I have a unique perspective on the essence of his teaching. I was priveledged to have helped deliver the revised PaRama course with John in 2019, and I now continue the work through my own understanding and experience.

Around that same time I became interested in massage therapy to help a shoulder issue of my own but I had no intention, at that time, of leaving my career as an IT software developer. However, one thing led to another and I became trained in several advanced forms of therapeutic bodywork including Myopractics and Orthopedic Clinical Rehabilitation.

In 2018, I completed a Masters program in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Sports Psychology. This led to more studies in the field of human movement and then on to further work in the field of exercise physiology. While studying fitness, it became evident that some knowledge of nutrition is valuable if not essential, which led to my pursuits in the field of applied nutrition and metabolic health.

Related trainings and experiences are listed below. My goal is to be proficient and well-rounded in the field of health and wellness following the evidence-based biopsychosocial model and yet remain on the cutting edge of new developments and practices.

Meditation

At the Integropractic Meditation online course, you have ongoing access to the theoretical and practical online classes, which help to accelerate the progress and development of heightened, or integrated, states of consciousness. This increases states of well-being and countless other benefits for the mind and body. Common effects of meditation are improved ability to handle challenging situations that result in the experience of less negative stress.

Bodywork

Therapeutic Bodywork is perhaps the most underrated complementary and alternative health care modality. Physiological structure and function are intricately entangled.  Muscle and joint pain are good reasons to seek therapy but certainly not the only one. Every tissue and cell is affected by proper manual or movement therapy. The central nervous system (CNS) is the master controller of the gross anatomy for posture, digestion, walking, sensory processing, body temperature, immunity, breathing, hormone regulation, and too much to list here.

Ethers Therapy

Unlock your inner potential by getting in touch with your higher nature. Developing your inner faculties is using them!

Ancient and modern mystery school teachings have kept certain knowledge hidden and preserved for centuries, hence the term "esoteric mysticism". However, now the lineage of teachers has consistently asserted that we live in a time of revelation of truth. The time to delve deep into eternal truths is now.
