Private One-on-One Meditation Instruction

We will meet at a scheduled time in person or online for about one hour, which includes instruction and a short first meditation. From here, you are equipped to practice alone at home. Having said that, it is important to have follow-up sessions to make sure you are off to a good start. The price for this first service includes two half-hour follow-up meetings.
