Primordial Sound Meditation Learning -
(Skype, etc, or in-person)

Meditation theory and practice can be learned by any format (book, hearsay, seminar, etc).  Meditation Experience, however, can ONLY be had by oneself. There are lower levels of experience that can be imparted by another person, which is great but that is not necessarily a step on the path of self-mastery.

Primordial Sound Meditation is the essential practice as promoted by Deepak Chopra.

Why Sit Cross Legged For Hours?

Hey, why not? But seriously, it is best to sit upright against a backrest and your legs in any comfortable position.

Don't Try to Quiet Your Mind!

"I can't quite my mind" is perhaps the most common objection to wanting to, or to continue to meditate, thereby failing to obtain the benefits. Please allow me to say that I nor no one I know well advises trying to quiet their thoughts. The mind is meant to be a good servant and a bad master.

How Can I Learn?

You can ONLY learn by doing. When you learn how to best position yourself and your surroundings, you are in good shape for the meditative state to take over and then it lasts for however long it lasts.

NO one can meditate for you and no one can accomplish a meditation except you, regardless of the instruction. Having said that, it is beneficial to be taught by and meditate with those wise in meditative knowledge based on experience.

Please Tell Me More...

Meditation, being experiential, can achieve profound life-changing results on day one or day 9999. There is no means of prediction. The teaching offered by Integropractic is for success whether that be immediate or long-term. The timing is far secondary to the reality of the quality.

Meditation is simple but not easy, at first. The basic technique is simple but often seemingly counterintuitive. Get started right, does not require complex theory or a certain belief system.

There are countless meditation practices available in the world today. Many are valuable for many people and some are worthless. Some are scientifically validated, others will never be, and some, by design, cannot be validated scientifically.

Distance learning is also available (Skype, Zoom, etc). The format is less important than the intent of all involved.  The real initiation onto the spiritual takes place on the inner plane and is not necessarily known by the person consciously at that moment.

If you have any questions at all, please contact Tim.

No, but seriously, tell me more...

It is my great pleasure to know Charlie and Helen Lutes, who were the first two people to be initiated into Transcendental Meditation by the Maharishi who arrived in the continental US for the first time in 1958. I was raised with the core belief that that meditation is an essential part of the so-called spiritual life. Not just anything that claims the term meditation but that which is directed at the 3-fold truth of self-exploration.

Meditation

At the Integropractic Meditation online course, you have ongoing access to the theoretical and practical online classes, which help to accelerate the progress and development of heightened, or integrated, states of consciousness. This increases states of well-being and countless other benefits for the mind and body. Common effects of meditation is improved ability to handle challenging situations that result in the experience of less negative stress.

Meditation practice is often recommended for around 20 minutes twice daily, sitting comfortably, eyes closed, and preferably in silence. Integropractic meditation duration is custom for each person. Only through constant practice does the mind become familiar with the experience of "calming down", going into the subtler levels of mental activity, and experiencing the silent source of thought – the state of Pure Consciousness.

When the mind naturally and spontaneously dives inwards, it is possible to access the unlimited field of creativity, energy, and intelligence, thereby accelerating the process by which the mind expresses its infinite potential. Thus, thoughts as the basis for behavior and actions become more powerful, effective, and harmonious.

There is a vast body of scientific evidence supporting many positive benefits of meditation often related to physical, mental, and emotional health.

The practice can be easily learned by people of all ages and different levels of education. There is no prerequisite other than a commitment to yourself to make this an indispensable lifestyle practice.

After learning the technique, students are now able to continue the practice on their own and have a monthly follow-up with online group meetings.

In addition to the individual benefits, the practice of group meditation is effective in generating a broad, peaceful influence throughout society. In our monthly online meeting, students have the opportunity to deepen their experience of the technique and also theoretical knowledge about the practice and the development of consciousness, as well as group meditation to increase collective awareness and for world peace.
