No. This service focuses on lifestyle and daily habits, not lab-based assessments. We will start with a basic health history and intake form.

It can include fitness guidance, but it also covers nutrition, sleep, stress, and overall wellness. During the initial consultation, we will delve into your goals and obstacles to create a plan of action. 

 

How often do I need sessions?
Some clients benefit from weekly coaching, others from monthly check-ins. It’s flexible.

 

What if I want to switch into a structured program later?
Great. Many clients start here and then transition into one of the 6-month Programs.
