The Brain Optimization Program is designed to improve memory, focus, and long-term brain resilience. This comprehensive program draws on one or both of two leading systems in cognitive health: Dr. Dale Bredesen’s ReCODE Protocol, based on comprehensive blood work and labs, and Dr. Daniel Amen’s Brain Health system, which uses SPECT brain imaging and cognitive testing. Your plan is fully personalized to help prevent decline, enhance performance, and protect your brain for the future.

Duration & Investment

  • Length: Scheduling is flexible to support your unique needs. 

  • Format: Virtual coaching with optional in-person support (Cave Creek/Scottsdale area).

  • Investment:

    • Hourly: $250

    • Initial package of 6 sessions (10 hours): $2125

    • Continued care package of 6 sessions (6 hours): $1275

  • Note: The ReCODE blood work and Amen SPECT brain scans are an additional fee through those organizations.

  • Comprehensive Assessment:  Lab testing (ReCODE) or brain imaging/cognitive scans (Amen Clinics).

  • Personalized Plan:  Nutrition, sleep, exercise, and supplements tailored to your results.

  • Support:  One-on-one phone or Zoom sessions to guide and adjust your plan.

Do I need labs or a brain scan to start?

No. If you prefer not to do labs or scans right away, we can still build a structured program. If you choose ReCODE or Amen protocols, we’ll provide guidance on how to access testing.

Is this program virtual or in person?
Most coaching is delivered via Zoom, with optional in-person sessions for local clients.

Can I extend beyond 6 months?
Yes. Many clients continue for 12 months to maximize long-term results.
